What can I send to The Mely Shop?

The items are carefully examined by the quality experts of The Mely Shop in order to define the value of the item. Only the highest quality products that meet our quality standard will be accepted. Please check the details below before you send us your Clean Out Tik. If you would like to see payments for similar items recently sold at The Mely Shop, please check your payments.
To send :
New clothes or like new washed ones. Please check that the items are completely dry!
New items with ticket.
Old and vintage clothes with minus signs of wear.
Not send :
Clothes, bags or accessories that show signs of wear: tear, abrasion, fading, reduction or defect of any kind. When sending shoes, please check the outside, inside and sole to make sure they are clean and free of abrasion marks.
Items with missing or broken parts, stains and odors, reduced, stretched or damaged.
Items without measure on the information
Clothes and accessories which are not produced by the brand that is on them or that are considered counterfeit.
Tips

For the unregistered clothes, you can get them back at your expense or donate them for donation or recycling

My Account – Can I change the shipping address for my order?

We can update before orders are shipped. Once the order is shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

How do I return a product?

If you decide that an item is not suitable for you, we invite you to send it back to us at your expense within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.

What to expect after sending a return?

Refunds are issued after receiving the package and processing.
After we receive your refund, please wait 14 business days for your refund to be processed.
After processing your refund, you will receive a confirmation email about your refund.

How do I know the condition of the product?

How do I place an order?

Once you’ve filled your shopping cart with your favorite pieces, proceed to checkout to see a list of the items in your pending order, along with a breakdown of the total cost. This is also the time when you’ll be able to apply any qualifying promo codes and see credits deducted from your order total.

Click on Check Out where you’ll be prompted to provide your payment information and confirm your shipping information. Then click on Proceed to check out to submit your final order request!
